Actualization 30.06.2024:
 A bug in data reding removed
 Note. This version of the coder is still incompatible with the last versions of reults produced by the LVQ and the Spectrum programs. The compatible version will appear soon.
       This one is intended for those who wanted to see the how the target project will work.
